I must say that this wedding was particularly special for me. Beside it being one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to, it will always hold a special place in my heart being my very first destination wedding... Whooo Hooo! I had a serious case of the thumps in my chest as we got off of the plane. Super dupeR nervous that I had forgotten something and not being on American soil didn't help the situation AT ALL. I just felt the need to tap the flight-attendant and ask if there would possibly be a Ritz camera or even a Best Buy, just in case I needed an extra battery pack or something.
Being that some of those closest to me would call me a packing extraordinaire, I really had nothing to worry about! Cameras...checK, lenses...checK, ShootSac...checK, extra batteries...checK, even an extra wedding day outfit just in case my worst baggage claim nightmare came true (winK, winK). Good thing when we arrived at the wonderful Excellence Resort in Punta Cana, a man with a stylish khaki git-up and a safari looking hat met us at the front entrance with a smile, an "Hola...", and glass of bubbly! Oh thank you mister nice D.R. welcome man!!!

I loved Quish's wedding day hair!!! Not to mention, the faBulous job the one of her Maid's of Honor did on her make-up...LoVed it April ;)...
the people at the resort we so great at helping me hunt down the perfect spot to showcase Quish's goWageous gown...
the light was AMAZING in the spa at the resort and it did nothing less than allow her to be even more goWageous than she already was...

Nate and LaQuisha opted to see one another before the ceremony for pictures... loVed the look on Nate's face when he turned around ;)...
this is one of my absolute FAVS of the day... but you know me and favs, it's probably just really 1 of 20 something...LoL
Nate was certainly not looking too shabby himself ;)...
joined by the fellas, and I still remember your names... L.J, Q, Reggie, J.P, and Francis....HollAAAAAaaa! Corny, I know... but I made you laugh... right?!?

Woman!! all i can say is WOWWW!!! You never cease to amaze me. These photos are riviting and breath taking. im speechless. Just continue doing what you do and you will only be amongst the clouds and the stars when your done.
