{IT'S A "BRAND NEW" ME}

Since making the decision to no longer accept weddings and focus on specializing in family and children's portraiture I have been working really hard on ideas to build my new portfolio. I'm excited. So, along with my new specialty should come new branding, right? Riiiiiiiiight :) I started by creating an inspiration board to help me keep focused on a design that would best fit what I was looking for. Clean...soft, classic, fun...me! Here is how my inspiration board turned out thanks to Pinterest...
From there my amazing friend and cousin helped me create a fun and simple bumble bee to add to my new logo for Syreena B (bee....get it? lol)
I couldn't really decide between these two versions of my new super cute bee so I decided to keep them both. But you can weigh in if you'd like. Which one is your fav??
Of course, my bliggity blog got a new face lift to match.
And, after the business cards, client forms and new grab button (go on....have one :)
...all that's left is the reveal of the new website! Still working on a few finishing touches, but here's a sneak peek...

I must admit, after the 1st wedding I photographed I HATED it simply because of the time commitment involved; so I completely FEEL you girlfriend....and just think I don't even have kids (just yet) and it was WAY TOO MUCH! I say all that to say, I too began focusing on lifestyle photography (kids, couples in love, nature, headshots)...I found that I could be even MORE creative! With weddings you're under so many constraints, I found it difficult to relax and be 100% ME!
Also, Loving the NEW logo and I wish you continued success as I know you'll soar!
